Please let the TMOE and your evaluator know about your project
number (such as “Project #1 ‘The Icebreaker’”) and the title of your
speech (such as “My Best Memory”).
If your evaluator contacts you, so please let him/her know the project
number, speech title and any special points that you would like him/her
to take a look at (e.g. body language, controlling nervousness etc.)
When you prepare your speech, please do read the manual!
Please ask your mentor if you have any questions or concerns when
preparing your speech. The mentor can also read your script before the
meeting and give any suggestions.
Bring the manual at the meeting, so that your evaluator can make a
written evaluation.
