Word of the evening: refreshing
■1st speech “Your Best Moment of Truth” by TM K.K
It was his second speech of “high performance leadership” project. He managed the project of collecting the stories of great customer services from his team members and shared 2 stories in this speech.
- The story of a hotel staff who fixed the room light for the customer
- The story of a station officer who helped the customer to find his/her left behind bag
TM K.K concluded that understanding the true needs of the customers can create great experience for them.
■Table Topics: organized by TM F.G
TM F.G asked members to look at a picture and improvise a story.
- TM N.H :A story of a Harry Potter geek girl who visited London to find the wizarding world and got lost
- Ms. K : A story of a man in Alaska who is praying for his friend died in the field.
- TM M.A : A story of a man who is searching for the treasure under the sea to refresh the relationship with his wife.
■Evaluation for TM K.K by TM A.O
Good points: (1)made a brief recall for his 1st speech of “high performance leadership” project, (2)shared the enjoyable story.
Suggestions: (1)1st page of the slide was black and it is better not to share the screen when it is not necessary. (2) spend more time on the conclusion part.

今夜の言葉：さわやか
■TM N.K「身近のセキュリティ事情」
かつてセキュリティに関する本を翻訳したことがあるTM N.K。そんな彼でも社用iPhoneのパスワードやApple IDを忘れた結果、27日間もiPhoneが使用できなくなってしまったといいます。それでもパスワードをメモすることは絶対にしてはならず、セキュリティの最大のリスクは「人的リスク」ということで、犯罪者がパスワードを聞き出す様々な手口について紹介されていました。
■TM N.H「Found in Translation」
最近外国人の知人の頼みでブログ記事の英語→日本語翻訳ボランティアを始めた。パーソナルな内容の投稿のため、教科書的に訳しても共感を呼べる記事にならない。模索する中で、日本語は「社会性」が非常に高い言語で、著者と読者の関係性を考慮する必要があると気づき、その点を工夫した。Lost in translation（翻訳することで失われてしまう意味・意図）という言葉があるが、翻訳ではじめて気づくFound in translationもあるのではないか。

良かった点：構成（イントロ→事件→結論）、声の迫力とボーカルバラエティ、質問セッションのテンポ
提言：会場参加のため、PCの前でなく演台に立ってやると良かった、パスワードを忘れないコツについて聞きたかった
■TM N.Hへの論評：TM G.K
良かった点：エネルギーあり、ボーカルバラエティで使い分けができていた、セリフをメンバーに読んでもらうなど聴衆を参加させていた、問いかけ多用していた
提言：全体的にスピードが早く「間」が少なかった、翻訳の話なのでFound in Translationという文字を日本語にビジュアル的に変換させるなどの工夫も良いのでは
