BigTreeTMC #204 ＆東京インターナショナルTMC#381合同例会
今夜の合同例会は、BigTreeの例会進行をベースにご準備いただきました！色んな違いにも、わくわく！！
まずはBigTree I会長から。東京インターのインターナショナルな横の拡がりと、BigTreeの上に伸びる樹木、クラブ名のタテヨコの拡がりを鮮やかな切り口でピックアップする開会宣言から、いよいよ始まりました！
そして、我らが東京インター、クールでアツい(どっち!?)姉さん:Ｔ会長から、参加メンバーを愛のある枕付きで紹介！菩薩、神、Mr.海外ビジネス、Ms.中島美嘉、マジシャン･･･色々おります！

The word of the day is ”Diverse” by TM E(TI). The perfect choice for today!
Prepared Speech #1 “How to enjoy Amtrak” By TM H(BT) 8’14”
Amtrak means the railway system all over the USA. He recommended the journey attractively. The long journey itself, the astonishing scenery, and 2 communicative spaces (dining car and lounge car). TM H showed his PC screen behind his face. We enjoyed both the clear presentation and his great variety of gestures. So cool! Amtrak is not only transportation but the purpose itself!
Prepared Speech #2 “Window” By TM M(TI) 7’00”
He started with the question, “Do you like Travel?” In this Covid-19 pandemic, we like to visit somewhere, but…. He introduced his 1-week travel to the southern Island of Malaysia in detail. We enjoyed his presentation: many photos from windows on various kinds of vehicles. Then the story was going into the happening climax, it turned into…!! We all had tricked him! Yes. We all have our Windows. That’s true! Much surprising speech!!!
Evaluation #1 for Speech TM M(BT) By TM M(TI) 3’28”
TM M was evaluated along with his speech objective, great visual images, keywords, and speech structure. Perfect! (We all paid attention to her classy English and demeanor gestures since our President T introduced her beautiful English at the beginning!)
Evaluation #2 for Speech TM M(TI) By TM K(BT) 2’55”
TM K picked up 3 good points and 1 suggestion. The speech theme, well-prepared slides, and his TRICK! And he noted some flat voice tone. Well-organized evaluation!
We heard about video recording in the BigTree meeting. Actually today’s evaluator TM K was a pinch-hitter (cool!), so the original evaluator, TM O will send feedback for his speech later by the video. So great!
The Table Topics session by TM T(BT)
Firstly she showed the “personal color” analysis chart. Today’s questions are about “colors”.
Q1: If you can change the main color of the sky, which color do you choose?
A1:TM H(TI) 1’25”
She selected Pink! …light pink like the color of an early evening sky. Because it is said Pink is not the color for females, but for everyone’s happiness! (What a heartful-peaceful world!!…covered gently with Light-Baby-Pink sky!)
Q2: If you had to choose one color and delete it from this world, which color?
A2:TM K(BT) 1’53”
He chose Black! Because he doesn’t like night, if there is no black color, we can enjoy the daytime all day! (Wow! Like a question in a wizard’s fairy tale! And what a positive answer!)

今夜の言葉(日本語)は「多様性」。
日本語スピーチ#3 “Just Do It!” By TM K(BT)7’06”
「百聞は一見に如かず」に続くのは･･･「百見は一行に如かず。みなさんJust Do It! です！」と、数々のトライ(アンドエラー！)をテンポよく繰り出します！合いの手には、”Just Do It!” やってみることの大事さを体現したスピーチ、百聞は･･･から始まり、聞→見→行→果→幸→皇(みんなのHappiness)→がサークルになって戻るのでした。〆には、皆さんの”一行”が世界にHappinessをもたらすのです！（いや~驚くべきパワーに満ちたスピーチでした！”皇”が小さな”聞”にまたグルグル繋がるイメージ、素敵です！）
日本語スピーチ#4 「２つのクラブ」By TM K(TI) 7’25”
タイトル通り、Big Treeと東京インター、2つのクラブの比較を交えて、VPPRとしての広報戦略を語る、TM KのThis is My Task!スピーチでした！まずは両クラブの基礎情報を皆さんに提示、そして各の違いに沿った戦略を描きました。最後のスライドで、今夜の言葉「多様性」につなげる（準備スピーチのスライドなのに！！）のは流石としか言えません。いつもながらToast愛があふれ出る、クラブ相互理解の進むスピーチ。また合同例会やろう！と、みんなの心が決まりました・・・！
#3 TM K(BT) スピーチへの論評 By TM O(TI) 3’22”
賞賛につぐ賞讃！スピーカーとしてご自身の参考になった点として、4つに整理し披露して下さり、皆さん、うんうんと頷いていました。論評者としていつも着眼している点として「タイトルがいつ出てくるかに注目！」「オープニングの入り方は？」「飽きさせない工夫は？」も披露しつつ、ベテランTM Oが注意深くスピーチを観察し分析したことがガンガン伝わる論評でした。最後に「こんなオチがあった方がもっと良かったのでは…？」という提案も忘れません！すごすぎる･･･我らがマジシャン！
#4 TM K(TI) スピーチへの論評 By TM N(BT)
名前の共通点からご指名と笑いを取りつつ、リラックスしてスタート！最初にTM Kのスピーチを総括してプロジェクトの内容に沿っていることを冷静に点検。良かった点として、広報対象によって手段を変えることにフォーカスしたこと、体験談になっていて説得力があること、構成が３項目に整理されていて読み取りやすかった点を高く評価。そして最後に、コケた事例も聞きたい！・・・ごもっともです！！！
文法報告(Grahco)はTM F(TI)。日英をまとめて最後に報告、それぞれのスピーカーのunnecessary words数、今夜の言葉の使用、英語の冠詞の使い方や語句の配置にも言及。そして、TM Fが、いいね！と感じたフレーズも拾い上げます（これって嬉しいんですよね~）。真摯な報告に皆さん聞き入りました！
さて総合論評(GE)は、TM S(TI)。いつもながらのユーモアを交えて、論評者にフィードバックをしました。BigTreeのオンライン例会では”Recorder係”があり、PCスクリーンの右端chat画面に刻々と進行や記録が流れていましたが（すごい！)、そんな見える時間軸に開会宣言の２つタテヨコ軸に加えた「３Ｄ例会」、とさりげなく表し、盛り沢山の合同例会をしっかりと締めくくりました。
TMOE K(BT) さん、分刻みのスケジュールにも終始ほほ笑みを絶やさず明るさに満ちた進行、どうもありがとうございました！
