トーストマスターズ・インターナショナルは、スピーチのトレーニングをおこなうことを主な目的とした、非営利教育団体です。
1924年にアメリカのカリフォルニアで生まれました。
非営利の教育団体として、会員が聴衆の前で最大限に効果的に振舞えるよう、そして世界的なリーダーになれるよう、支援してきました。
今では143カ国、1万6600以上のクラブで、357,000人以上がトーストマスターズ・インターナショナルのマニュアルを使って、楽しみながらコミュニケーションとリーダーシップスキルを磨いています。日本では、日本語・英語その他外国語のクラブ等、約200クラブ、4,000人以上の会員が活動しています。（数字は2018年12月現在）
